For Full-Service design, initial concepts are typically ready within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your measurements and preferences. The revision process depends on how many changes you want — most projects are finalized within 1 to 2 weeks. DIY tools are available immediately — use them at your own pace.

Before you sign for delivery — inspect every package for visible damage, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos of any damaged packaging, and contact us within 48 hours if you find damage after opening. Once delivered, store cabinets in a dry, climate-controlled area until installation.

Yes — provide the job site address when finalizing your order. Make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery, and that there is a dry space to store the cabinets until installation begins.

Since we serve clients nationwide, installation is handled locally by you or your contractor. I’m happy to provide detailed installation guides, answer questions during your installation, offer tips for finding qualified installers in your area, and review your installer’s questions about the design.

Absolutely. Our in-stock cabinet lines are designed with straightforward assembly and installation in mind. They arrive with clear instructions, all necessary hardware included, and pre-drilled holes. Basic tools required: drill, level, tape measure, and screwdriver.
